How to Eat Healthy During Quarantine | What I Eat in a Day Video |

As I have begun to expand the horizon of my content, a topic that came up unexpectedly was food. Especially on Instagram, there were requests for me to share more about how I eat. With many of us at home all day, it can be difficult to find the motivation to eat healthy. With grocery stores limited on supplies, and bulk stores like Costco and Sam’s club herding the crowds, I understand the anxiety and frustration that comes with planning meals at this time. 

I have been trying by best to keep my immune system healthy by feeding it with foods high in nutrients, like vitamins and minerals. I am not perfect, and of course I will still allow myself to have a glass or wine or a little chocolate now and again. But I wanted to share an example of how I have been eating during this time of quarantine. And I wanted to share some recipes and even some pantry items that you can stock up now to stay healthy during this time at home. 

In this video, I am first showing you some pantry staples you can grab now. And then we will enter a vlog style video that walks you through my day, sharing all that I eat throughout it.
