I will be honest and say that it can be super difficult to figure out what to wear during the month of January. I know for me, there is a little bit of sadness because I no longer have the excuse to wear sequins, glitter, and metallic on a daily basis! Every day during December feels festive and it is easy to dress the part. But then the New Year hits and I am left staring at my closet in utter confusion.

I know for a lot of you are still experiencing really cold weather. But living in Vegas can be tough because one day it is 60 degrees and then the next day it will be in the 40s! That is why I have started to rely on pieces like this. Wrap coats are the perfect edition to your Winter/ Spring wardrobe because they will give you that added warm without messing up the outfit under it. I also love the fact that you can wear it with a casual look or dress it up to be super chic.

The only thing I am a little nervous about is wearing it around my first graders! I can totally see them getting their dirty hands all over it! So I would suggest getting it in another color, like brown, if you are around kids all the time! Anyway, I have found that the way to survive this month is layering! Pile it on because you really don’t know what the weather might bring.

Chat tomorrow with another new post!
