Spring Break really isn’t that far away. Just let that sink in for a minute. This year is already going by so fast. I feel like I am constantly sprinting to try and catch up with all the chaos. So I am sure like me, you are ready for a break! It isn’t too early to start thinking about your travel plans, packing, or even outfit planning! We are getting so close to Spring and that means we have to start reconsidering our outfit choices.

If you are a big music buff, I am sure you have heard of Coachella or one of the many other outdoor music festivals that will be going on this Spring and Summer. My husband used to be a die hard concert junkie, and he has told me many stories of his crazy experiences. Although I have never been to Coachella personally, I did grow up with a musician Father who had us constantly traveling around the country attending his many concerts as well as the concerts of others.

So today I am bringing you a little outfit inspiration and tips to get you thinking about your Spring Break plans!

1. Embrace Tassels

A huge trend of outdoor concerts is to have tassels on everything. Your bag, your earrings, or even your top! There is something about fringe and tassels that seem so effortlessly exotic. This is something you definitely will want to get on board with.

2. Show Some Skin

Now I am a big believer in leaving something to the imagination. I honestly feel super uncomfortable in booty shorts. I will wear them from time to time, but the way they ride up is so annoying! That is why I prefer to go for items that show off my shoulders or another subtle area of my body. Off the shoulder tops are so sexy in a very classy way.

3. Don’t Skimp on Color

Bringing a few pops of color to your outfit is an absolute must! Primary colors like yellow, blue, and red are always a good call for outdoor events or parties. And don’t forget your lips! You’ll want to grab some attention with a show stopping red!

4. Have Fun with Prints

I am not the biggest print girl. If you look through my fashion posts, I wear a lot of solid colors. But there are certain occasions where you need to step outside your element and wear something new and exciting. I loved how the print on this top was small but still added a fun element to the look.

Have you made any plans yet? I know around that time I will be heading to Denver. So you never know what exciting adventures Colorado will have in store!

Happy Friday loves. Thanks for reading today’s post!
