As a beauty junkie, I am constantly on the search for that “perfect” foundation, the one that makes my skin look and feel flawless. But often times I find that I am disappointed by certain foundations because they do not provide all the elements I am looking for when choosing the base of a flawless face. Foundation sets the tone of your makeup. Whether you are an “au natural” type of girl or a “glam gal” the type of foundation you chose sets the mood for the rest of the face.
Today I wanted to share with you my top foundations. These are the products I am never disappointed by when applying my makeup. These foundations range from light to full coverage, so whatever your pleasure, you might just find your next “holy grail!”
- This is a light weight foundation that is capable of building to medium or even full coverage, depending on the layers of product you apply.
- The finish is natural and luminous and blends beautifully into the skin, giving the appearance of dewy and healthy skin.
- I love this product for days when I want a more minimal and effortless makeup look. I would recommend this product for those with dry-combination skin types.

- This foundation is loved by makeup artists all over the world due to the beautiful way it photographs. It gives the skin a flawless finish in photos, which is great for brides or special occasions.
- It is an oil-free foundation, which is great for oily or acne prone skin. The coverage is medium and can be built to a more full coverage look if desired.
- This is the foundation I reach for the most because I know it will look natural and never “cake” but it will still cover my imperfections. It will lasts the longest if set with a setting powder (such as Make Up Forever HD Powder).

- This product is also an oil-free foundation and claims to have a 15 hour wear time. I actually agree with this statement because I accidentally slept in it once (TERRIBLE, I know!) and when I woke up, my skin looked flawless!

- This oil- free foundation is the most recent addition to my “holy grail” list. I was originally hesitant to try this product because of the fact that is a full coverage foundation. I was afraid it would be heavy and cakey, but that is NOT the case at all!

- The Double Wear foundation makes my face look flawless! I love this product for special occasions or days that I want to look my absolute best.
