If you are not new to the space, you may have figured out that I like a mixture of feminine, classic, and vintage inspired style. I gain a lot of my inspiration from old movies and the glamour that they evoke. We live in a very fast paced world now, and comfort and convenience are at the top of our priority list. I love looking for ways that I can incorporate the glamour of those time periods and bring them to our modern time in a more attainable sense.
Audrey Hepburn was a lady who married the idea of casual meets chic. She always looked effortless and put together. Her signature looks often included a pair of statement sunglasses. One of her personal favorites were the oval shape!
Sunglasses have not only been an item that we use to add a statement to our look, but also hide a multitude of sins! Not enough sleep? Too much wine? Sunglasses can be our barrier, protecting us from the sun’s rays. Basically, they are awesome!
