Who didn’t grow up binge watching Disney movies? Especially those of us 90s babies who were pressing rewind and overplaying every cartoon classic before binge watching was even a thing. And when the most recent film came out with Lily James, we feel in love with the intoxicatingly romantic story all over again. We cling to fairy tales because we want to believe in happily ever after. We don’t get those at home before midnight ball moments enough. Sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands and create them yourself!
But lucky for us, wedding season is here. So you can have your Cinderella moment on the dance floor if you want it! One question I have gotten a few time is what to wear to a black tie wedding. And the short answer is a fancy dress. Basically take what you would usually wear to a up a notch or two. Long gowns are usually acceptable, but not necessarily required. But if you really want to make a statement, be a modern day Cinderella in this classy number.
Find yourself a handsome date, a statement dress, and maybe a even a glass slipper (or Louboutins, they will do too) and you will be on your way to a night to remember.
