Consider this week the initiation into the Holiday season. I know many of us have a hard rule that no Holiday spirit or celebration should be shown until after Thanksgiving. And I totally get it. But this week I am going to start bringing you some amazing outfit inspiration. That way you can get some of those stressful details like figuring what to wear to nailing your gifts out of the way a little earlier this year so that you can truly rest and enjoy the season for what it is meant to be. It’s kind of like the saying, “The early bird gets the worm.” But instead it is the early shopper gets the cute dresses and good gifts!
If you caught my Instastories this weekend, then you will know that I had the opportunity to collaborate with Francescas on their new Northern Lights collection. When I saw this jacquard dress, it was love at first sight. A jacquard dress was actually an item that has been on my wardrobe must have list for a while, but I just hadn’t found the perfect one until now. And I honestly cannot even believe that this dress is under $60! And with the faux fur and teddy coat trend going strong, I thought this burgundy number would complete the look perfectly.
What I love about this dress the most aside from the silhouette is the color scheme. I enjoy the fact that it feels festive but it is not tailored for a specific Holiday. This is one of those dresses that you could rehear for many occasions again in the future. Plus this time of year is the best time to get extra glam without needing any excuses!
