Gingham has been a print that has come up again and again here on this space. Recently, I stayed a red gingham look for our trip to Las Vegas that gave me major 1950s vibes. And at the beginning of the year, I also styled a Charleston southern charm outfit that was in the classic print. Although gingham is a print that is a timeless classic in my book, I noticed that it has been particularly trending this season!
We usually see it styled in a more casual way in day dresses or blouses. But I wanted to show you that you can also wear the print in a formal setting as well! Especially with florals dominating the clothing world (as usual during this time of year), it can be fun to try something different and stand out at those spring and summer events.

Pair your gingham dress with a pair of lace up wedges and a rattan clutch and you will be the girl at the party that everyone is asking where she got her items! You may just be the only lady that didn’t show up in a floral print dress.
