A few weekends ago, my husband and I went to a cute little outdoor restaurant here in Vegas. When looking at the menu, we were intrigued by the intoxicating list of cocktails! The coconut cloud martini caught our eye and it really was like I died and went to heaven and then just fell asleep on a giant cloud!
It was so good that I decided I wanted to try to recreate the recipe at home. I thought it would be the perfect drink to serve for a Galantine’s Day Party or a great treat to have during a romantic dinner with your honey!
But let me tell you, I went through some trial and error with this bad boy, but I am hoping that you can learn from my mistakes and use the this recipe that finally made the cut!

Coconut Cloud Cocktail Recipe
Ingredient
1/2 Ounce of Coconut Rum
1/2 Ounce of Vanilla Vodka
1/2 Ounce of Coconut Malibu
1 can of coconut milk ( I recommend using about 3/4 can- 1 can per person)
Directions
1. Place a handful of ice in a shaker
2. Pour liquor into the shaker.
3. Pour can of coconut milk into the shaker. Make sure it is fully liquified!
4. Shake your little heart out!
5. Serve with coconut flakes if desired.
