Sometimes a girl just wants to feel classy. And Coco Chanel said it best herself, “a girl should be two things: classy and fabulous.” I find it to be so inspiring that a woman who lived over a hundred years ago had such an impact on fashion even to this day. Her designs are classic and timeless. But if we are being honest, they are also expensive. So for those of us who are not able to indulge in her luxurious designs, we can fake it until we make it! 

Chains, pearls, and tweed are iconic details that you can incorporate into your ensemble that will resemble Chanel pieces. If you look for items that have those aspects then you will be on your way to a classy looking lady! To take it a step further, keep other details neutral such as your makeup, nails, and accessories. I like to add an element of fun, such as these kitty slipper flats and ripped denim, to make the look a little more modern.  

Coco Chanel is the perfect example of a woman who impacted her time. Simply by pursuing her passion, she made history. Does this not make you question what we can accomplish in this life if we lived it to our fullest? How will you change the world by simply being you? Happy Friday loves!
