The weekend is almost here! Can I get an amen?! If you read Monday’s post, you will know that I had quite the eventful weekend. This coming weekend will hopefully be a little more chill. I am really anxious/ excited to see the Girl on the Train movie though! I actually read that whole book while I was training back and forward to NYC for makeup artistry school a couple of years ago. So I can’t wait to see how Emily Blunt portrays the role!
Most weekends, I end up having to dress up. But that is because I am trying to jam in as many blog looks as I can for you all! But Fridays are my husband and I’s night to relax and spend quality time with each other. Since Saturdays are so busy for us with blog work and errands, we picked that day to nourish our relationship. But when it is date night with the hubs, I still want to look nice without feeling like I am dressed up. That’s why this look is so perfect for all your casual date nights!

I really want to treat James (my hubby) this weekend because he did the sweetest thing for me yesterday! Okay, now I have to tell the story… If you follow me on Snapchat (glamlifeliving), you will know that my husband pulled the cutest surprise for me yesterday! So I get home from work and he asks me to sit down on the couch. I sit next to him and he tells me that he wanted to give me a little break tonight since I have been working really hard, so he decided to make me dinner. He tells me to go check the oven to see what he is making. I get up and open the oven to find a Sephora bag! Inside is the new Dior Absolutely Blooming perfume! I was so shocked because I had only mentioned that I really liked it once. I had gotten the deluxe sized sample from Sephora earlier that week and had been wearing it around. Apparently he loved the scent too and wanted to surprise me. How cute is that? He gets some serious husband points. So now you see why I need to spoil him this weekend.
