With so many brush brands and options on the market, it can be confusing which brushes to choose. I can be difficult to find quality makeup brushes that won’t break the bank and still get the job done. Some claim that their $3 e.l.f brush is works miracles by helping them achieve a flawless face, while others praise expensive brush lines such as those from M.A.C cosmetics. But holla to all my girls on a budget! Because sometimes you got to choose something both inexpensive and effective!
I have experimented with many different brushes from a handful of different companies, and my conclusion is you can find at least a few decent brushes from every line. But are they good enough to completely change you makeup game? I have discovered that finding the right set of brushes can take your makeup to a whole new level! Having the right tools can take you from beginner level to pro status!
For my ladies trying to save a few dollars, I have found a brush brand that I absolutely love that is actually very affordable in comparison to a lot of brush companies out there. At the end of last year, I decided to try Morphe Brushes for the first time and I was so surprised by how much better by makeup looked after using these new tools!
Here are the brushes I picked up and what step of the makeup process I use them for
1. Morphe 439 This brush has quickly become my favorite brush to apply foundation. It really spreads just a little bit of product so far across the face.
2 .M433 This is the ideal brush for eyeshadow blending. If you were to just chose one brush, get this one!
3. M321 This is definitely a new type of brush for me. A little bigger than a pencil brush, it is perfect for creating definition in the outer corner of the eye for eye shadow looks.
4. Morphe M501 This is perfect brush to apply highlighter! It’s small tapered shape really allows you to pinpoint specific areas of the face to add your glow.
5. Morpje E4 The angled portion of this brush really helps to apply blush to the apples of your cheeks in an upward motion with such perfection. The main aspect that makes this brush different is its synthetic hairs that make the blush glide more easily.
6. Morphe M527 This has become my go to bronzer brush! It applies your product so smoothly to the perimeter of your face. It has to be one of my favorite brushes in my collection!
I really do think that investing in good quality brushes can make a huge impact on the way your makeup turns out. So if you want high quality at a reasonable price point, I would give Morphe Brushes a go!
