If you are a gal on a budget, you are going to adore this whole outfit’s price point. Except the boots, but don’t worry, I found a similar option for less. But the rest of this autumn inspired outfit is less than $100! A few trends you will be seeing a lot of in stores are animal textures and prints as well as corduroy fabrics. I combined the two into one look. The bag has a croc skin that allows you to sport the animal trend without feeling like you are taking too much of a fashion risk. And let’s be honest, corduroy seems more classic than trendy to me. But I am loving the warmth it brings to this outfit.
A key to dressing in this time of in-between seasons is to change your color scheme and fabric textures, but keep the layers to a minimum. If you just change out these boots for mules or slides, you won’t be sweating but will still feel like you are dressing more fall appropriate. This is a fabulous trick for all my ladies who live in warm climates and don’t feel that chilly weather until November. Find items that you can easily layer over when it does it colder, but will allow you to still get some wear time out of them now.
After living in Vegas and now being here in Dallas, I know that fall doesn’t exactly come when you want it to. So that means you have to bring the vibes yourself! Start wearing more burgundies, greens, dark florals and change up your textures. This will make you feel like you can take a sip of that Pumpkin Spice Latte in the right outfit!
