I feel like I am at the light of the end of the tunnel in terms of weather around here. Next week, it is supposed to be in the 70s, so you bet that has me excited about wearing more Spring like attire. I have been dying to wear so many items in my closet, but I have been holding off for the weather to cooperate. One of my go to pieces has definitely got to be an off the shoulder top. I love how it brings an innocently sexy factor, without being too revealing. I would recommend picking up a couple of different styles in pastel or bright Spring colors like this one from Romwe.
Spring is my favorite time of year in Vegas, because normally the weather is perfect and I love how everything is so “outdoor” focused. Even when you are inside, the buildings often have architecture to make you feel like you are outside. For example, the Venetian Casino has the most gorgeous ceiling that looks like a blue sky with clouds. That’s not the only reason I am smitten by the casino though, it also has my favorite macaroon shop, and I may or may not have indulged in a few last night, seeing how it was Fat Tuesday!
Speaking of Fat Tuesday, Lent starts today for those of you who celebrate it. I am going to be giving up chocolate and Netflix. I know, I know. How will I ever survive? I also want to add a few things, especially more prayer time. Even if you aren’t religious. Spring is a great time to revaluate some of our choices and maybe think about “Spring cleaning” our life!
