Pumpkin patches feed my soul. There is something so peaceful about walking around a field of orange beauty. It is often the simple moments in life that are the most memorable. I know a lot of us have started family traditions of going to our local pumpkin patch to hand pick some pumpkins for carving. I actually had one of my first dates with my now husband at a pumpkin patch! It was right in the beginning of our relationship, and since we were long distance we didn’t get to see each other all that often. So this time of year is especially special.
As I have said in a previous post, I despise carving pumpkins! I actually get grossed out with the seed gunk inside… EW! But I do love the experience of trying to find the perfect pumpkin. Usually jeans and a sweater is the perfect outfit for this type of occasion, but I just couldn’t resist wearing this dress from Sheln for the occasion. When I first saw this dress, I thought it would be perfect for Thanksgiving dinner! It does run big and it is suppose to hang kind of loose, so definitely size down. The upcoming Holidays are the perfect excuse to spoil yourself with a new dress. Plus when the dress is under $27, you can’t go wrong!
Is anyone else already dreaming of Thanksgiving dinner?! Geez, one holiday at a time Hannah! Yes, I am talking to myself in third person. What can I say, it is that kind of Thursday!
P.S I still don’t know what to be for Halloween! I was thinking Breakfast at Tiffany’s but not the little black dress. More like this look HERE. It is super easy and cute!
