Fall = Dark Lip. That has been the trend for several years now. And if I know one thing that you need to have in your life this Fall, it is a dark lipstick! As the makeup industry grows larger and larger, it can be overwhelming trying to find your perfect color. So today I wanted to share with you some of my favorite Fall lip products. I have included both drugstore and high-end, so there is an option for everyone! 
As I discussed in my September Favorites Post, liquid lipsticks have been on the rise. Everywhere you are seeing matte lipsticks in your favorite makeup stores. I am a big fan of these types of lipsticks because they stay for hours and hours! They can be a little drying, so pull out your favorite lip balm before applying!
- Estee Lauder Insolent Plum– This is a true plum color with a little bit of a sheen to it. Not as long wearing as the other formulas, but if you blot with a tissue after and then reapply, it lasts longer.
- Wet n Wild Cherry Bomb– The matte lipstick is only $2! You definitely can’t beat that price! I actually have a whole review on this line of lipsticks. This color is a deep cherry shade with a matte finish.
- Lipstick Queen Wine– This is very similar to the Wet n Wild shade but it is more red than cherry. It is basically a deep red color with a brown undertone.
- Maybelline Matte in Touch of Spice– This whole range of lipsticks is also a great affordable option for lipsticks. The formula is very impressive and long wearing. This color is hard to describe. It is almost a dark rosy plum. *See picture at the end
5. Too Faced Melted Lipstick in Melted Berry– I really enjoy Too Faced Melted lipsticks because they stay on the lips without being very drying. This is the perfect berry color for Fall. It looks like you smashed your lips in a fruit bowl!
6. Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in Dusty Rose– If you want something not as intense but still want to rock a darker lip, I would say this one is for you! It is a dark rose color that gives the Fall feel without being overbearing.
7. Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in Craft– This reminds me of Estee Lauder Insolent Plum, but with a matte finish. It is a beautiful purple plum shade.
8. Kat Von D Lovesick This is a mauve pink color. Although it is not your typical deep Fall shade, I think it looks lovely paired with a brown smokey eye!
9. Gerard Cosmetics Lip gloss in Seduction– This is as dark as a lip gloss can get! This is a dark purple shade that looks stunning when paired over top of a dark red lip color. Talk about vamp!
