Living in Florida, it has been hard to remember that a lot of the world is still experiencing cold temperatures or even snow! I wanted to bring you a look that was appropriate for this winter weather since I have not created a lot of cold weather outfits. Next month, I will be heading off to Lake Placid for my sister’s bachelorette party. As you may know, it is known to be a winter wonderland, which will be a whole new world of dressing for me! I have been thinking a lot about what to bring along this winter getaway and it has reminded me of the struggles that can come with cold weather dressing.

When I used to live in New York, I often remember feeling like it was more difficult to “dress cute” in snowy weather. But now that I don’t have the opportunity to wear clothes that are centered around this chilly weather, I long to put on chic coats, sleek boots, and layer up on all the winter accessories! But I have discovered a few tricks that I put up my sleeve on how to look more fashionable while remaining warm. So if you have a winter destination trip planned or you simply are still experiencing that winter chill, here are 6 items to bring a little more style to your winter look!
