If you’ve been following my blog for a while, then you might have noticed I have a slight obsession with lace. I really do try my hardest not to wear too much of it on here, but it can be so difficult! We all have that fabric or look that we feel most comfortable in and lace is definitely my jam. If you are not normally into those feminine type pieces, you have to admit that Valentine’s Day is that perfect opportunity to embrace your girly side by wearing a little lace!
I have been a little lazy recently with my “work” style, and this top is exactly the little pick me up I needed to get me excited about styling my look again. What I really enjoy about this top is that it can be dressed up with a nice sleek skirt or you can make it a little more casual with jeans, as I did in this post. Word to the wise though, it is a more cropped style and I made the mistake of doing an XS. So I would suggest going up a size if you don’t want to wear the top without high waisted bottoms.
I don’t know about you, but I am so over Winter. I was so spoiled last January with 70 degree weather and this year it has been a lot slower to warm up. I am just ready for the Spring styles. This top has got me itching for bright colors and floral prints. Whose with me?!
