The Green Smoothie for Gorgeous Skin |Recipe|In the past year or so, I have realized that a lot of my skin issues are related to how I take care of my body. If I am eating a lot of sugar, not sleeping, or super stressed, it shows up on my face in the form of an evil red monster. In the hopes to banish all acne, I began to introduce green smoothies into my diet. Although my skin is far from perfect, I have noticed a tremendous difference in my skin when I am drinking my green smoothie every morning! The Green Smoothie for Gorgeous Skin |Recipe|

Green smoothies are not only packed with tons of fruits and vegetables that provide our bodies with vitamins and minerals, but it also helps our bodies to rid itself of toxins. When our body has an excess build up of toxins, it attempts to release them in the form of waste, (Ew, I know. I’m sorry ladies, but I had to go there). And if it is not releasing toxins from your waste, then it tries to rid them through your skin! Green smoothies can help our bodies to detoxify, which in turn can give you gorgeous and glowing skin!

Today I wanted to share with you my personalized recipe for the gorgeous green smoothie. I originally discovered this recipe from Kimberly Snyder, who is a celebrity nutrient! I just added  a few of my favorite ingredients!
